About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Specialist to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in CNC programming and machine setup to transform complex technical drawings into high-quality finished components, ensuring our production goals are met with exceptional accuracy.
Responsibilities- Develop and optimize CNC programs using advanced CAM software to drive production efficiency.
- Execute precise machine setups and changeovers to maintain continuous workflow on 3-4 axis vertical machining centers.
- Validate part integrity by performing rigorous dimensional inspections with micrometers and calipers.
- Analyze engineering blueprints and specifications to determine optimal machining sequences and tolerances.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot technical challenges and improve overall process reliability.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace to support operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Proven proficiency in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
- Ability to interpret complex blueprints and technical documentation.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with multi-axis CNC milling equipment.
