About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a critical technical expert responsible for the reliability and performance of high-speed production machinery. By proactively maintaining equipment and rapidly resolving mechanical or electrical issues, you ensure our facility operates at peak efficiency to meet production goals.
Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic systems, and complex conveyor networks to maximize equipment uptime.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical malfunctions by utilizing precision measuring tools and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Optimize production line performance by monitoring equipment parameters and providing technical guidance to operations staff.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory and maintain accurate documentation for all corrective maintenance work orders.
- Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and manufacturer manuals to perform precise repairs on diverse processing equipment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement process improvements that reduce downtime and enhance machine longevity.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field.
- Proven proficiency in troubleshooting and adjusting hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
- Ability to interpret complex technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
Preferred Skills
