We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our industrial construction team. In this role, you will oversee daily site operations and lead electrical crews, ensuring that projects remain on schedule while maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits
- $33.00 - $38.00 per hour, commensurate with your professional experience.

Work Schedule
- Day shift, with additional overtime hours as needed to meet project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct electrical teams to ensure daily site operations run smoothly and effectively.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by enforcing policies and conducting regular inspections.
- Organize equipment, labor, and materials to ensure project completion remains within budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Collaborate with field staff and project management to streamline communication and project execution.
- Verify that all electrical installations meet project specifications and national safety codes.
- Manage essential project records, including safety documentation, progress reports, and labor tracking.
- Support the team by assisting with project forecasting and the procurement of necessary materials.
Required Qualifications
- Prior professional experience serving as an Electrical Foreman or Superintendent.
- Comprehensive understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Proven ability to manage project logistics, including material procurement and team leadership.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to foster a productive work environment.
- Ability to manage tasks independently to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Physical capability to conduct field work, lift up to 50 lbs., and navigate active construction environments.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening.
