Industrial Welding Technician

As a Production Welder, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by executing high-quality welds to meet production targets. You will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring structural integrity, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-output work environment.

• Execute precise welds on flat, curved, and vertical surfaces, including overhead positions.
• Configure welding equipment by adjusting gas, voltage, amperage, and wire speed settings.
• Prepare raw materials and components for assembly, including filing, grinding, and removing burrs or scale.
• Perform quality inspections by comparing finished work against templates and specifications to ensure conformance.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform routine equipment adjustments to ensure operational uptime.
• Coordinate with team members and material handling equipment to move parts and assemblies efficiently.

• Proficiency in using various pneumatic power tools and handheld equipment.
