• Execute welding operations across diverse metal types utilizing TIG, MIG, and stick methods.
• Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and project specs to identify necessary fabrication steps.
• Verify the integrity of welded joints to guarantee adherence to rigorous quality benchmarks.
• Ensure all welding machinery and hand tools are operated with maximum safety and peak efficiency.
• Work alongside colleagues to help the team achieve project milestones on schedule and within financial targets.
• Support the maintenance of a tidy workspace to foster a secure environment for all personnel.

• GED or high school diploma; vocational welding training is advantageous.
• Demonstrated history of success in welding, supported by a robust collection of past work.
• Skilled in the operation of various welding apparatuses and methodologies.
• Capable of deciphering complex technical schematics and blueprints.
• Dedicated to superior craftsmanship with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective team collaboration.
• Deep understanding of industry-standard welding safety regulations.
• Minimum of six years of professional welding experience.
• Must be a green card holder or U.S. citizen.
