Core Duties- Configure and run CNC machinery to manufacture components that align with precise technical requirements.

- Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Oversee manufacturing workflows to help maintain consistent quality standards for the entire facility.
- Modify machine parameters as needed to enhance overall production output.
- Work alongside colleagues to refine operational workflows and boost team productivity.
- Uphold a tidy and structured workspace to help foster a safe environment for all staff.
- Completion of high school or a GED; a technical certificate or degree in machining is highly valued.
- Demonstrated history of success in a CNC machining or comparable position.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CNC programming and equipment operation.
- Competency in interpreting and utilizing technical blueprints and documentation.
- Skilled in the application of various precision measuring tools.
