Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to meet specifications.
- Conduct machine offsets, tool changes, and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances.
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers).
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Document production activities, including inspection logs and maintenance records.
- Adhere to strict quality control procedures and traceability protocols.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred).
- Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments.
