Position Overview
- Compensation: $75 per hour
- Location: Premier healthcare facility (Danville, IL 61832 - Onsite)

We are currently looking for a dedicated Acute Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join a top-tier medical organization. This role involves assessing and caring for patients across the lifespan, crafting and adjusting personalized recovery programs, providing top-tier therapeutic services, acting as a clinical mentor for students and colleagues, and fostering a culture of clinical excellence through teamwork.
Core Duties
- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to create customized treatment strategies that address specific patient requirements and clinical observations.
- Adjust therapeutic interventions as needed to foster patient development and help individuals achieve their best possible rehabilitation results.
- Provide exceptional, patient-focused physical therapy services that consistently meet high professional standards.
- Act as a mentor to staff and students by demonstrating best practices in the field and offering ongoing clinical expertise.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary medical teams to streamline patient care and ensure clear communication during the entire recovery journey.
Required Credentials
- Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
- Active licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Illinois.
- Valid American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong understanding of clinical evaluation methods, rehabilitation theory, and patient care standards.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
