Sales Administrative Assistant
Mac-Tech, a 41-year-old family-founded company specializing in capital equipment and machinery sales for the fabrication industry, is seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales team. Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily sales processes and office support
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in our CRM (including cleanup of historical data)
- Prepare, edit, and send proposals and quotes
- Track sales projects and provide follow-up support
- Coordinate scheduling of demos, customer visits, and travel for sales staff
- Help streamline administrative tasks so the sales team can focus on customer relationships and closing projects
