Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is seeking a Sales & Estimating Assistant.

Essential Responsibilities

• Order entry and support to ensure a smooth process to the shop floor
• Assist in estimating and quote preparation
• Identify and communicate manufactured and purchased parts that require long lead times
• Create item master data in the business system
• Create purchasing requisitions when required
• Work with internal departments on questions or issues relating to orders
• Communicate with customers regarding order or schedule updates as needed
• Provide additional assistance to the sales and estimating team, as required
• At least two years of experience in sales, estimating, order entry, or engineering in a manufacturing environment
