About The Role
As Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support the executive board on daily administrative functions related to meetings, calendars, projects and print and copy activities.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain executive calendars and support with emails as needed
- Coordinate all meetings, including agendas, refreshments and meals, meeting rooms and invitations
- Ensure timely and appropriate responses to incoming mail and email, including drafting written responses to all levels of management and key resources and customers
- Set up and maintain email lists and access to meeting rooms
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment for the department
- Prepare and publish reports, presentations and spreadsheets
- File and maintain department records and other necessary documentation
- Schedule and process expense settlements
- Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Typing capability of 70 WPM and with excellent proofreading ability
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
- Adept problem-solving abilities
- High School diploma
- Associate Degree, Technical School Training, Paralegal or comparable training
