Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and profitability
- Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue streams while maintaining competitive pricing
- Manage human resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team
- Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet financial goals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, health regulations, and hotel policies at all times
- Utilize multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries efficiently and courteously
- Implement effective night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a track record of leadership success
- Extensive hotel experience across various departments such as front desk operations, guest services, or resort management
- Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to foster positive guest relations
- Human resources expertise including staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for communicating effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
