Duties

• Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services to ensure seamless operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, ensuring every visitor receives personalized and attentive service.
• Manage hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies, budgeting, and revenue management techniques to maximize profitability.
• Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to build a motivated team.
• Maintain high standards of guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay.
• Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards while fostering a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements

• Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management environment.
• Strong background in hospitality management, with expertise in hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple departments effectively.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations better.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems.
• Experience with budgeting, human resources practices, and hotel management software is preferred.
