This position is located in Park City, UT.

We are looking for a professional, polished, and personable General Manager for our luxury, boutique hotel. Ideal candidates will have experience in destination ski areas, will have new hotel opening and pre-opening experience, and a transformational, collaborative leadership style.

Boutique Hotel General Manager Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a General Manager for a Boutique, Luxury property
• High level of financial acumen and responsibility
• Experience with Full Service Spa
• Experience with full-service restaurants
• Experience with ski resorts and destination locations REQUIRED
• Experience with condo hotels or property management REQUIRED
• Transformational and collaborative leadership style
  
  

Boutique Hotel General Manager Responsibilities;

• Manage team members with respect, integrity, and consistency
• Recruit, train, and hire top-quality candidates for leadership and hourly positions
• Work with ownership and stakeholders to create dynamic experiences and unique offerings
• Ensure the financial performance of the property
• Foster a positive culture of continuous professional development and career growth
