Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure availability for guests at all times
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to uphold health standards and prevent accidents
• Use specialized equipment for floor care and industrial cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all areas
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care, industrial cleaning methods, and janitorial practices
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest service excellence is a plus
• Experience managing housekeeping tasks in busy environments or supervising teams is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
