We’re seeking a Catering Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports our sales department in managing daily client communication, proposals, and administrative tasks for M&G’s drop-off and event catering programs.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every client interaction reflects M&G’s service standards — balancing organization, precision, and warmth — while assisting with DO and event coordination, outbound sales, and marketing initiatives.
Who You Are
- 2 years’ experience in catering, events, or administrative coordination.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and tight daily deadlines.
- Professional and personable, with a genuine love of client service.
- Comfortable using tools like Trello, Tripleseat, or CRMs to stay organized.
- Passionate about hospitality, food, and working as part of a collaborative, creative team.
