The Role
We’re seeking a Director of Sales, Catering & Growth to lead the next phase of M&G’s growth. The role’s central focus is scaling our high-volume drop-off catering program — the heart of our business — while also overseeing broader revenue strategy including outbound sales, partnerships, and brand marketing
Who You Are
- A senior sales leader with 7 years’ experience in catering — ideally within NYC’s premium market.
- Confident managing teams, setting targets, and building scalable systems.
- Deeply knowledgeable about drop-off and off-premise catering operations.
- Entrepreneurial, data-driven, and comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative leader who’s as comfortable in a client meeting as in a strategy session.
