JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Growth Delivery Director to understand our client’s biggest business challenges and help them scope and design business workflows operated by our neuro-symbolic engine. Business challenges range from “What is the next high-growth category I should enter next?” to “How would the tariffs impact my core product portfolio?” In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and work closely with the Sales, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams. You will manage onboarding, project timelines, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and ROI tracking, ensuring timely, high-quality, and value-driven outcomes.
Ideal candidates will come from a consulting or enterprise solution delivery background with a proven ability to engage executive stakeholders, lead engagements, and drive transformations.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE
- Own the full lifecycle of engagements, delivering tailored neuro-symbolic workflows.
- Manage planning, internal coordination, and stakeholder communications to ensure the successful and on-time deployment of workflow.
- Conduct current-state assessments to identify gaps in the client’s business processes and opportunities to implement agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineers to translate client challenges into structured workflows powered by Growth Protocol’s neuro-symbolic reasoning engine.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring workflow design and delivery align with key business objectives.
- Document and communicate the ROI of delivered workflows, including measurable outcomes, adoption metrics, and overall business impact.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to ensure seamless execution and sustained client success.
- Identify new use cases, expansion opportunities, and best practices to increase platform value for clients.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 7 years of experience in consulting or enterprise solution delivery.
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects and managing senior client relationships.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise-level stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic planning capabilities, and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience driving revenue growth on enterprise accounts, working closely with Sales on retention and expansion strategies.

Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000
