Overview
Razorfish Health is someone to fill their seeking a Director, Growth position.
Responsibilities
- From pitch captain to content champion, business development activities include:
- Lead RFI/RFP opportunities including submission process, managing cross-functional teams, and driving winning strategies
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with the Growth team
- Manage RFI/RFP and presentation management to include consistent response standards and processes in marketing and messaging, including ownership of key business development opportunities
- Quickly adapt to, and be able to communicate, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through self-starter and problem-solving capabilities
- Partner with Growth team lead with prospecting strategy and outreach
- Maintain monthly calendar of new business activity, case study database, and content repository to streamline development process
- Drive strategic narrative development both long form and presentation format for case studies, agency expertise, and proprietary offerings
- Respond to public requests for information from customers, businesses, advocacy groups, and other interested parties
- Conduct market research to support growth plans, new opportunities, and keep team appraised of current events
- Be the voice behind the curtain, the RFH “brand aid” influences initiatives that include:
- Develop marketing collateral and communications materials, including website, social platforms, etc.
- Ensure brand consistency across all projects
- Manage the agency’s content calendar, including execution of thought leadership and conference opportunities, digital marketing efforts, social media, website, etc.
- Administrate Razorfish Health’s digital marketing efforts including content marketing strategy, social media and website
- Own internal agency communications and supporting culture activities
- An organized task-master driving the team forward:
- Set up projects for success; from brief writing to flawless timeline management and creative execution—everyone is on the same page
- Be a liaison for the Growth team and other agency departments to drive projects forward and eliminate bottle necks
- Schedule internal team meetings, capture notes, and send out project recaps
- Manage and deploy collateral, including presentation documents, templates, marketing materials, and other assets including, case studies, biographies, etc.
- Maintain external vendor relationships, partnerships, and award submissions
Qualifications
- You play to win and have been in the game for about 5 years (not in Healthcare/Pharma? That’s ok, but preferred)
- You’ve worked at an advertising agency; design, consumer, healthcare, parity products, oh my!
- You’ve had to manage the nitty-gritty details of a regulated category
- You can build and drive PowerPoint decks in your sleep
- You can sell things—from that lemonade stand in your driveway to an idea for a key stakeholder—we’re looking for that sales-y je ne se quoi
- You can herd cats…lots of cats. We need you to set and manage internal staff expectations, as well as develop advantageous relationships across offices and agencies to further RFH goals
- You can give a Ted Talk or write a Vulture article—you’ve got stellar oral and written communication skills
- You’re hungry for knowledge… like a full five-course meal of new information. Order up!

Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
