Our client, a company that specializes in manufacturing and distribution is looking to hire an Office Admin Assistant for their location in Snoqualmie, WA. The Office Manager will report to the Plant Manager providing admin support for the warehouse and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will need previous experience in an office environment along with strong communication skills both oral and written. Responsibilities include booking and scheduling all inbound and outbound shipments.
The Day-to-Day:
- Approve and code all AP-related invoices for multiple locations.
- Supports warehouse team by providing pick tickets, packing slips, and Bills of Lading
- Researching product issues, invoicing customers, organizing, and filing shipment documents.
- Supports the Logistics Team in day-to-day office clerical activities, including SAP data entry and other office management tasks.
- Completes and provides payroll for employees at the location.
- Completes Monthly OSHA hours logs and provides them to the safety team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.
- High level of energy and sense of urgency; self-starter; strong and effective multi-tasker.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner, with a strong attention to detail.
Pay Rate/Shifts:
- $23.00 to $25.00 /hr
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
