This position will be based on a major project in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, with future opportunities supporting hyperscale data center and advanced technology projects across the Midwest.

Electrical Project Manager - Mission Critical / Data Centers
Location: Tulsa, OK (Project-Based)
Travel: Significant travel required across the Midwest for future projects. Travel package and per diem available for employees working away from their home location.
Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Lead project coordination, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
- Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and vendor performance.
- Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Drive project schedules and proactively resolve construction challenges.
- Support successful delivery of hyperscale data center and mission critical infrastructure projects.
- Maintain strong communication with project teams and company leadership.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Direct experience managing electrical construction installations, including:
- Low-voltage (120V-600V) and medium-voltage electrical systems.
- Conduit and raceway installations.
- Cable tray systems and support structures.
- Medium-voltage cable terminations.
- Site grounding and bonding systems.
- Underground duct banks and electrical trench installations.
- Experience working for an electrical contractor is required.
- Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

- Ideal Backgrounds: Electrical Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Mission Critical Project Manager, Data Center Project Manager, Electrical Construction Manager, or Electrical Operations Manager with experience delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.

Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
