Moore- Digital Print and Mail Center, Tulsa seeking a Project Manager. In this position you will coordinate and manages all aspects of customer service through overseeing job production and delivering multiple projects on time, on target and on budget, simultaneously.

This position coordinates and manages all aspects of customer service through overseeing job production and delivering multiple projects on time, on target and on budget, simultaneously.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Attend Daily Production Meeting as requested
- Management of production against a pre-established production timeline
- Responsible for working directly with internal and external customers, production, purchasing, scheduling and sales to assure jobs are planned and completed correctly.
- Back up Sales Executives by requesting quotes and production schedules on an as needed basis
- Participation in regular team buildings sessions and career development training sessions is expected
- Job Order Entry, Proof-Reading, Purchase USPS permits as applicable, Execute change orders implement pre-invoicing as needed
- Assist the CRM by refining cost estimates throughout the project as additional data is obtained as directed.
- Works co-operatively with others, being part of a team, learn to assume the role of a leader within designated POD
- Oversee job production and comply with job timeline
- Must be professional in dress, communication and actions
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Proactively alert the supervisor and manager to any potential issues that would negatively impact a job from making production
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement process for quality control, productivity, and operating procedures
- Consistent and reliable attendance is mandatory
- All other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy is an essential function of this position
- Ability to perform basic math skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Create a motivating work environment by working as a team and or completing tasks as an individual

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- A basic understanding of the printing processes, letter shop processes, and USPS regulations as it pertains to 1st class and bulk mail design and compliance a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to consistently lift 25lbs
- Required to stand for long periods of time, stoop, bend at waist, and move about the facility
- Required to grip, twist, and turn with both hands for long periods of time
