Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design across public, civic, and institutional project types
- Prepare and review construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, civil, and other discipline leads throughout design and construction phases
- Support construction administration including RFI responses and submittal reviews
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and mentor junior staff as appropriate
- 5 years of structural engineering experience
- PE licensure preferred; EIT with strong trajectory considered
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
- Experience on public sector or institutional projects a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Tacoma, WA area
