Overview:
LVI Associates are seeking a Partner level professional to lead and grow our clients Economic Damages and Valuation practice in Dallas. Our team partners with top law firms and corporations to deliver expert analysis and testimony in complex litigation and arbitration matters.
As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of their disputes and valuation services. You will lead high-profile engagements, provide expert testimony, and mentor a team of professionals while driving business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex economic damages and valuation assignments across multiple industries.
- Serve as an expert witness in litigation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with law firms, corporate clients, and stakeholders.
- Oversee forensic accounting, financial modeling, and damages quantification projects.
- Drive growth through client development and thought leadership in the market.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to build a high-performing practice.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record of delivering expert testimony in complex disputes.
- Extensive experience in economic damages and valuation services (typically 15 years).
- Strong network within law firms and corporate litigation teams.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- Professional accreditations (ASA, CFA, CPA, or similar) highly desirable.
Salary : $400,000 - $500,000
