Position Overview:
Seeking a Design Architect who is both efficient and passionate about design. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to our team. This role requires strong proficiency in Revit and experience producing Construction Documents (CDs), while maintaining a high level of design quality throughout all phases of a project.
- Lead and contribute to the design process from concept through construction.
- Develop and refine design solutions that align with client goals and project requirements.
- Produce accurate and detailed Construction Documents using Revit.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.
- Participate in client presentations and communicate design ideas effectively.
- Stay informed on building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices.
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- 5 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with other design tools (SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Excellent design sensibility and ability to balance creativity with technical precision.
