We are seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead and grow a high-performing electrical team while driving technical excellence across major projects. This is a strategic leadership role with full responsibility for project delivery, team development, and client engagement.

You will oversee electrical engineering operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation across all projects while mentoring and developing a growing team.

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering team across multiple projects
• Oversee design delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and technical excellence
• Drive project execution from concept through construction
• Act as a key client-facing leader, building and strengthening relationships
• Mentor, develop, and recruit top engineering talent
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth and market expansion
• Ensure alignment with company standards, processes, and best practices

• 10 years of electrical engineering experience within MEP/building services
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and projects
• Strong background in complex project types (mission critical, healthcare, commercial, etc.)
• PE license required
• Strong client-facing and business development capabilities
• Ability to lead from both a technical and strategic perspective
