MEP Project Manager

The Junior MEP Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Supporting the delivery of MEP projects from early design through construction administration
• Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to keep projects on track
• Assisting with project schedules, budgets, and overall planning
• Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and code compliance
• Participating in client meetings and helping maintain strong working relationships
• Monitoring project progress and helping troubleshoot coordination or technical issues

The Junior MEP Project Manager should have the following:

• 3-7 years of experience in MEP engineering or consulting, with an interest in growing into a Project Manager role
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Solid understanding of building systems design and construction processes
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• EIT certification or progression toward PE licensure is preferred
