The Junior MEP Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of MEP projects from early design through construction administration
- Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external consultants to keep projects on track
- Assisting with project schedules, budgets, and overall planning
- Reviewing drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and code compliance
- Participating in client meetings and helping maintain strong working relationships
- Monitoring project progress and helping troubleshoot coordination or technical issues
The Junior MEP Project Manager should have the following:
- 3-7 years of experience in MEP engineering or consulting, with an interest in growing into a Project Manager role
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Solid understanding of building systems design and construction processes
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- EIT certification or progression toward PE licensure is preferred
