Position Overview - Civil Design Engineer I
As an entry‑level Civil Design Engineer, you'll be a key part of our Civil Engineering Team, supporting a wide range of transportation, land/site development, municipal, and infrastructure projects. You'll work closely with experienced engineers, project managers, and clients while gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of civil design.

What You'll Do
- Assist with the design of civil engineering projects
- Prepare reports, plans, details, and engineering documents
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and other design software to support project development
- Collaborate with engineering, surveying, and construction management teams
- Help maintain project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Support field visits and project coordination as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- E.I.T. certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Internship or summer experience in civil engineering is preferred but not required
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and a desire to grow professionally
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
