Landscapes USA is seeking a qualified professional to become the Operations Manager over our OKC operation. Landscapes USA offers an excellent compensation package and a unique opportunity to grow, learn, and be part of an expanding successful firm.
Job Duties Include:
• Meet with employees daily
• Oversee scheduling of crews
• Meeting Clients weekly
• View and evaluate properties weekly
• Entertain clients and retain clients
• Actively involved in the sales and marketing program
• Support & be responsible for all P&L activities, as well as managing expenses and resources
• Manage all aspects of landscape maintenance and enhancement staff
• Attend weekly meetings with Account Manager and Production Supervisor
• Ensure the follow through of all training and safety programs
• Verify and approve all timesheets and vendor invoices.
• Help coordinate installation of enhancements with account manager/production supervisor
• Develop a team atmosphere with all managers, techs & field personnel
• Be on the lookout for new account opportunities and enhancement bidding opportunities
• Develop the most efficient means for delivering the highest level of services.
• Manage mechanics & all service schedules for all equipment
• Ensure adherence to all maintenance labor budgets, while increasing efficiency.
• Take ownership of the OKC Operation and drive its growth and profit

Requirements
• Five years’ minimum experience in the landscape maintenance industry: 1) managing multiple crews and clients, or 2) managing a branch office, or 3) managing a remote office.
• Successful candidates are highly detail oriented, methodical, organized, driven, aggressive (NOT PASSIVE) and have reasonable communication skills.
• You must enjoy people and be at ease meeting and developing relationships with clients.
• It is extremely helpful to be computer and internet literate.
• Horticulture or related degree preferred.
• Candidates must have demonstrated excellence academically, in extracurricular activities, and professionally.
• Valid DL with clean driving record.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
