What You’ll Do:
- Lead the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to closing.
- Set and achieve clear activity benchmarks—daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Nurture and grow relationships with existing and new clients.
- Network with key players in the property management industry.
- Deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Provide top-tier customer service and communication.
- Leverage in-person and phone outreach to connect with potential clients.
- Partner with operations to ensure exceptional project delivery.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and local networking events.
- Stay informed on industry trends and client organization needs.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven success in B2B sales with a longer, consultative cycle
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Coachable, resilient, and highly motivated
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant B2B sales experience
• Familiarity with commercial real estate/property management a plus
• Valid US driver’s license
