Our client, a leading national renewable energy contractor specializing in large-scale energy & solar projects is seeking Project Managers to lead complex renewable builds. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants full ownership of major renewable energy builds.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage renewable energy construction projects (solar, BESS, substation, EV charging, microgrid) from early planning through closeout.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal standards.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineering partners to drive on‑site execution.
- Lead procurement of major equipment, materials, and subcontracted services.
- Track financial performance, including cost forecasting, change management, and monthly reporting.
- Act as the primary bridge between clients, internal leadership, and field operations to ensure project success.
- Champion safety, quality, productivity, and compliance throughout all phases of construction.
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years of experience in renewable energy construction.
- Background managing complex field operations, including work with union craft labor.
- Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, estimating, and productivity tracking.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive approach to field challenges.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Requires 100% travel (Monday-Friday on-site). Positions also available in Oregon and Washington.
