Electrical Project Manager

I’m supporting a top‑tier electrical contractor that’s looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale, technically complex Advanced Manufacturing projects.
If you’ve managed electrical packages on advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, or high‑tech industrial facilities, this role will let you take ownership across the full Project Lifecycle.
This is a hands‑on position for a PM who enjoys complex electrical scopes, coordination, and fast‑paced project execution.
Your duties
- Overseeing scope, budget, schedule, and contractual compliance
- Running pre‑construction and planning meetings with field and operations teams
- Managing manpower forecasting, cost‑to‑complete reporting, and labor tracking
- Supporting field leadership with planning, production goals, and safety initiatives
- Handling submittals, RFIs, procurement, and major purchase orders
- Leading change order pricing, documentation, and negotiations
- Ensuring accurate billing, cash flow, and timely project close‑out
- Acting as the key liaison between clients, estimators, field teams, and leadership
Your experience
- Strong electrical construction background, ideally an apprenticeship, journeyman, wireman, or foreman‑to‑PM pathway
- Project management experience within electrical contracting
- Preferred: Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, mission critical, or similarly high‑spec industrial project experience
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to forecast, track job costs, and analyze labor needs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
