JOB DESCRIPTION:
Superintendent
Location: Indiana
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES My client is searching for a Superintendent with a great understanding of the commercial carpentry industry. The Superintendent will be responsible for leading field operations on commercial construction projects, overseeing daily jobsite activities, coordinating labor and material schedules, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience in commercial metal stud carpentry
- Strong knowledge of framing and drywall scopes
- Able to read and understand construction drawings, project schedules, and structural specification sheets
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in this or a similar role
