ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator to join a well-established contractor in Arizona. This role will be responsible for estimating commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior systems projects from initial bid through project handoff. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of work and long-term career growth opportunities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background in commercial drywall, metal framing, and interior systems
- Experience with quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, scope review, and pricing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Strong understanding of labor, material, and project costs
- Minimum 4–6 years of estimating experience in drywall or a similar specialty trade
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with estimating software such as On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or Bluebeam preferred
