Superintendent

Location: Nationwide Travel

Compensation: $120,000 to $160,000

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join a growing construction team delivering large scale tilt wall and light industrial projects across the United States.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing all field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who enjoys traveling and wants to work on complex, ground up construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all on site construction activities from project start through completion

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and daily jobsite operations

• Maintain and drive project schedules while identifying and resolving potential delays

• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements

• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with Project Managers and other project stakeholders

• Manage project logistics, sequencing, inspections, and closeout activities

• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company and site safety requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial or industrial construction

• Experience managing ground up tilt wall and/or light industrial projects

• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, and jobsite logistics

• Ability and willingness to travel extensively for projects across the United States

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams

• Experience utilizing construction management software is preferred

• OSHA 30 certification is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $120,000 to $160,000, depending on experience
