We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a background in Technology Staffing to join our growing team. This individual will drive client growth, deepen strategic relationships, and expand revenue across our portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical hiring landscape, has experience selling IT/engineering staffing solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Local Candidates to Orlando area preferred, then Florida, then Remote US.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of new client accounts within technical staffing
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, talent leaders, and procurement teams
- Identify new opportunities to increase revenue and market share
- Partner closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified technical candidates
- Lead client intake calls to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and project timelines
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the recruitment and placement lifecycle
- Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address challenges or gaps
- Track pipeline activity and revenue forecasts within the CRM
- Collaborate with leadership to support account strategy and expansion initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 5 - 7 years of experience in technical staffing or IT recruitment sales
- Existing network of hiring managers within technology organizations is a must
- Proven success managing and growing staffing client accounts
- Strong understanding of technical roles (software engineering, cloud, data, DevOps, etc.)
- Experience selling contract, contract-to-hire, and/or direct hire staffing services
- Ability to partner closely with recruiters to drive successful placements
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines
