The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the overall supervision of sales administration, field sales, and new equipment inventory.
Responsibilities:

Achieve the annual sales objectives in new and used equipment as well as rental revenue.

Collaborate with our OEMs to establish a plan to exceed our market share goals.

Provide daily leadership to Territory Managers including weekly ride along in the field.

Work with leadership to develop and execute new equipment inventory goals.

Overseeing the CRM software and ensuring compliance from the sales team.

Plan, conduct, and lead the weekly sales meetings.

Supervise the location and procurement of new inventory.

Develop strategies and tools for building existing business and acquiring new business.

Review KPIs to identify sales and rental opportunities.

Ensure sales order documentation is completed, accurate, and submitted in a timely matter.

Lead continuous improvement within the department to ensure precision and efficiency.

Coach direct reports for growth opportunities and evaluate necessary training needs.

Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, personal compliance, accountability, and communication.
