Our Rental Manager is responsible for providing leadership in the rental operations by guaranteeing efficient procedures and management of all branch rental activities throughout the company’s six locations.
Responsibilities:

Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through establishing a culture of professionalism, open interactive team communication, and a focus on acting with a sense of urgency for our customers.

Manages day-to-day operations in a strategic manner to achieve company objectives.

Drive rental revenue market share by growing existing customers' rental spend, as well as, increasing active customer base thru new account acquisition.

Ensure we meet customer expectations for after-hours rentals and service calls.

Identify opportunities and develop strategies for improvements, cost savings, fleet growth, underutilized fleet, and lost rentals.

Review all contracts on a timely basis to ensure accuracy, monitor outstanding accounts receivables, and work with the sales team to resolve billing disputes expeditiously.

Promote and enforce a safe and clean work environment.

Assist with the transfer of equipment and collaborate with the service department to ensure timely repairs of all rental equipment.

Collaborate with senior management in the forecast and execution of the annual business plan by promoting machine sales, service, parts, safety, and teamwork.

Develop and manage employees' growth through mentoring, training, and annual performance evaluations as well as help with recruiting new branch personnel.
