Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team at our Perryville, MO location. The Sales Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and train the sales team, implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, and maintain excellent customer service standards. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing inventory, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management
- Leadership and team management skills, including staff training and performance evaluation
