- Act as the primary point of contact for onshore business stakeholders product owners and senior leadership
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve requirement related conflicts proactively
- Lead end-to-end requirements management including analysis documentation validation and signoff
- Translate business needs into BRDs FRDs user stories use cases process flows and data models
- Should have experience in Insurance Domain
- Ensure requirements are clear testable traceable and aligned to business objectives
- Perform gap analysis impact analysis and feasibility assessments
- Support change requests and scope management throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in sprint planning backlog grooming reviews and retrospectives AgileScrum
- Support UAT planning execution defect triage and business signoff
- Ensure alignment between business intent and delivered solution
- Maintain endtoend requirements traceability
- Analyse and optimize existing business processes
- Recommend improvements automation opportunities and best practices
