- Open Text xPression or Exstream integrated with Guidewire Policy Center and Forms Knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
- Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Retrospectives
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across teams
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in insurance
- Analyze business processes and suggest process improvements or automation opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
