SDLC Automation Engineer Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking highly skilled SDLC Automation Engineers to design build and operationalize automation across the entire Software Development Life Cycle SDLC This includes automation for acceptance criteria test case generation unit tests intelligent code review agents etc Also integrations with JIRA and ALM Octane
Key Responsibilities
1 SDLC Automation AIAgent Development
Automate generation of acceptance criteria test scenarios test cases unit tests
Develop intelligent code review agents for static analysis and secure coding
Implement automated validation pipelines
2 Tooling Integration
Integrate automation with JIRA and Micro Focus ALM Octane
Build connectors webhooks and maintain API integrations
3 DevOps CICD Enablement
Integrate automation into CICD pipelines
Enable automated quality gates and continuous testing
4 Engineering Excellence Delivery
Collaborate with teams across SDLC to enhance workflows
Lead PoCs on AIassisted development
Required Skills Experience
Strong experience in Python
Experience with JIRA and Octane APIs
Strong SDLC QA and unit testing knowledge
DevOps pipeline experience DevOps GitHub Jenkins
Experience with AILLM automation frameworks
Familiarity with SonarQube BDD tools SASTDAST
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
Ability to design automation workflows and work independently
Education Certifications
Degree in Computer Science or similar
ISTQB DevOps or Atlassian certifications preferred

Salary : $90,000 - $155,000
