Seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in data validation and ETL testing across Snowflake dbt SQL Server Oracle and DB2 to ensure data quality and reliability

Technical Skills Primary

Strong experience in Snowflake dbt and SQL and ETLELT

Handson with SQL Server Oracle DB2 and other DBMS

Good understanding of ETLELT and data warehousing concepts

Experience in data testing and validation

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Perform endtoend data validation across source and target systems

Validate dbt models and Snowflake transformations

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

Soft Skills

As this is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills

Insurance Domain Knowledge

Strong ability to work with client stakeholders

3 interview questions to ask

1 How do you validate dbt models and ensure correctness of transformations in Snowflake What types of tests do you implement

2 During data validation if you find mismatch between source and Snowflake target how do you perform root cause analysis and ensure revalidation

You have source data in OracleSQL Server and target data in Snowflakehow would you design endtoend validation using SQL What checks will you perform
