Job Description
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for Pega applications.
- Ensuring scalability performance and maintainability.
- Oversee the end to end development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of Pega solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions using the Pega platform.
- Stay updated with latest Pega technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Enhancing system capabilities.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards and guidelines to improve team efficiency and code quality.
- Manage integration of Pega applications with enterprise systems using RESTful services JSON XML and other technologies.
- Ensure compliance with Agile and DevOps methodologies throughout project delivery.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure highquality deliverables and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Pega SA skill cluster family.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Pega projects ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Architect and design enterprise class Pega BPMCRM solutions with a focus on reusable components and scalable frameworks.
- Oversee code quality merges and adherence to coding standards across the team.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks production incidents and application issues promptly.
- Work closely with onshore counterparts business analysts and scrum leads to drive deliverables.
- Create and review design documents unit test cases and conduct system performance testing.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure customer success.
- Participate in developing consulting opportunities within the customer base.
- Ensure the delivered solutions meet customer technical and functional requirements and contribute to business benefit realization

Salary : $93,815 - $142,400
