Program Overview
The BlueVerse AI Internship Program is designed for high-performing undergraduate students seeking hands-on experience supporting real AI initiatives and innovation programs for enterprise clients. Interns will be mapped to one of LTM’s strategic industry verticals based on geography and business needs.

Internship Structure (Hybrid, Account-Aligned Model)
Interns will split time across two tracks:
Client Innovation Track (Approx. 50%)
- Research AI opportunities aligned to enterprise client priorities
- Support innovation proposals, prototypes, and demo preparation
- Help define workflows, agent concepts, and AI business use cases
- Contribute to competitive intelligence and market insight deliverables
BlueVerse Product Research Track (Approx. 50%)
- Support internal AI research and solution development initiatives
- Assist in building and integrating simple agent workflows
- Contribute to internal AI product assets and documentation
- Support go-to-market deliverables including slide decks, playbooks, and messaging

Ideal Candidate Profile (Undergraduate)
You should consider applying if you:
- Are pursuing Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Have built projects demonstrating AI, automation, analytics, or software development (GitHub portfolio strongly preferred)
- Are comfortable coding in Python and working with APIs or AI tooling
- Can support slide decks and storytelling with strong written and verbal communication
- Enjoy solving real business problems and creating tangible deliverables
Nice-to-haves (not required):
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with LLM tools, agent frameworks, or retrieval workflows
- Experience using GitHub and collaborative development workflows
Location & Travel Expectations
- Interns will be regionally mapped to accounts based on proximity to LTM teams and client ecosystems
- Local travel within the intern’s metro region is expected and self-funded
- Travel outside the assigned region, if required by LTM, will be covered by the firm
- Housing is not provided
