Role description
SAP S/4HANA OTC Functional Expert
Richmond, VA- 5 days a week from client office
FTE
Salary- $140K- $150K Plus LTM Benefits
Strong hands-on experience in:
Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Returns & Credit Management
Proven experience working in SAP S/4HANA OTC
S/4HANA Components & Tools
Experience with:
Business Partner (BP) integration, S/4HANA Output Management / Output Control & OTC related Fiori apps
AMS & Production Support
Strong experience in AMS / post go live support environments
Hands-on handling of incidents, enhancements, problem tickets, and escalations.
Integration Knowledge
Strong integration understanding with:
FI AR, Revenue, MM, Logistics & Interfaces / IDocs
Delivery & Collaboration
Experience working in onsite–offshore delivery models
Strong coordination and communication skills for cross team delivery
Ability to work independently with high ownership
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership
Good to Have Skills
SAP S/4HANA Sales / OTC certification
Exposure to LETRA (Forms/Output) – preferred if used in the project landscape
Experience supporting large transformation or rollout programs
Prior experience as a functional lead or service lead in AMS projects
Willingness to work closely with offshore teams across time zones
