Job Description
The Specialist in Scrum Management will drive agile project delivery by managing stakeholder relationships benefits realization and comprehensive project planning to ensure successful outcomes
Expertise in JIRA to create Dash boards reports and use while working as Scrum Master
Certification on Scrum Agile PMI
Experience in Lean Agile methodologies
Experience 6-8 years of relevant Scrum Master role
Proven experience as Scrum master
Facilitate agile ceremonies for multiple scrum teams standups planning demos retrospectives
Guide teams to embrace Agile principles and continuously improve delivery processes Help Product Owners prioritize and maintain healthy backlogs aligned with internal user needs
Remove impediments and protect teams from distractions or external blockers
Drive the use of metrics like team velocity and sprint burndown to inform process improvements
Act as a champion of transparency fostering collaboration across globally distributed teams
Collaborate with partners in HRIS Workplace Technology and Employee Communications to align workstreams
Coach individuals and teams on Agile mindsets and methodologies supporting a culture of learning and experimentation
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope schedule and resources
Lead stakeholder management activities including communication expectation setting and conflict resolution Manage benefits realization by defining metrics tracking outcomes and facilitating optimization
Implement scope and change management strategies to control project modifications Oversee schedule management ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning reviews and retrospectives to maintain team alignment Monitor project health and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders Identify assess and mitigate risks and crises throughout the project lifecycle Mentor team members on agile principles and Scrum methodologies to build capability
The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $110,000 annually.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
