We are seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile engineering teams delivering next-generation systems for a major governement organisation modernization initiative.
You will act as servant leader, Agile coach, and delivery facilitator within a large-scale Agile Release Train organization operating in a complex technical environment.
What you’ll do
As a Scrum Master, you will support Agile engineering teams developing advanced systems in a complex, multi-team delivery environment.
You will:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum events
- Support engineering teams in becoming high-performing Agile teams
- Remove blockers and manage dependencies
- Track Agile metrics and delivery performance
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning
- Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and Lean best practices
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, Integration, and Release Train Engineers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience as Scrum Master in software engineering environments
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience supporting technical or engineering delivery teams
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience managing dependencies and delivery risks
Nice to have
- SAFe certification
