Senior Workday Prism Analytics Consultant
Role Focus: Solution ownership and stakeholder‑facing delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end Prism Analytics solutions.
- Integrate Workday and non‑Workday data sources for advanced analytics.
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytics designs.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Enable self‑service reporting and mentor P2 resources.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Workday Prism, calculated fields, and composite reporting.
- Experience working with HR, Finance, or Talent analytics use cases.
Ability to independently manage reporting enhancements and releases
