Job Title: Salesforce Slack Architect – Financial Services Integrations
Job Location : Remote-USA (Greensboro, NC)
Technical background: Mandatory skills: Slack Applications, Integrating with Salesforce, AWS
Preferred : Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Slack Architect to design and deliver integrations between Slack, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and external platforms. This role will define the architecture, establish secure integration patterns, and build solutions that enhance business workflows in a regulated financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop Slack-based solutions, including custom apps and workflows using Slack APIs
Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between Slack, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, and external systems
Lead end-to-end delivery including solution design, development, testing, and demonstration
Translate business use cases into Slack-enabled workflows and data interactions
Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead developers to shape and refine requirements
Ensure adherence to enterprise security, authentication, and data governance standards
Produce architecture documentation and recommendations for future scaling
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience building and architecting Slack applications and integrations
Strong expertise in API-driven integrations and distributed system design
Experience integrating with Salesforce, including APIs, data models, and OAuth-based authentication
Experience working within AWS environments
Deep understanding of secure integration patterns and API security
Ability to independently lead solution design and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Experience in financial services (banking, wealth, insurance)
Familiarity with regulated environments and secure data handling practices
Exposure to enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft)
Technical Stack Guidance
Programming language is flexible (Node.js, Python, or similar)
Emphasis on architecture, integration design, and secure API-based solutions within AWS
Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance.
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
